Chocolate cake and nuts
A combination of textures and flavors, a cake simple to make and delicious, so take note!
The cake recipe that I bring today is very simple to prepare and with just the right balance of sugar, so if you want a cake well sweet you must add more amount of sugar.
The ingredients are not for a super cake of large size as you can see in the photo, depending on the mold that you have, double or triple the amounts. I'll leave the recipe and I hope you like it!

- 75 grams chocolate 70% black or more
- 120 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 80 grams of walnuts (already peeled)
- 150 Flour
- 50 grams mild olive oil
- 1 on of gasificante
In a tall bowl, mix the sugar with the eggs, whisk until you see that it doubles the volume and the sugar is well integrated. Then add the oil and continue stirring until smooth.
Put the chocolate to melt in a bain-marie or in the microwave, being careful not to burn. When it is well melted and warm, add it to the above mixture.
When you have the nuts peeled, raisins in the flour not to sink. Add the flour along with the gasificante and the pinch of salt, stir well and get up the nuts to the mixture.
Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees and meanwhile, enharina the mold you are going to use (first untas with butter and then pour a bit of flour, so you're moving to that all the walls are left with a light layer of flour and roll the excess).
In my case I used a mold from plum cake Pyrex, as you can see, the quantities for this cake are rather small. When you floured the mold, pour the dough and put it in the oven for approximately 40 minutes, click to check it comes out dry and take it out. Take a little sugar syrup (sugar with water removed) on top and cover with a clean cloth until it is cold.
After this time, you can already serve and enjoy the combination of flavors and textures.
