If you like the nougat, we present to you a recipe with which to enjoy their flavor with other texture very different. Easy and simple.
This recipe we prepare during the showcooking of the chef Darío Barrio , and a few days after you already prepare at home, being fans of the nougat and nobody wanted to miss the chance to try it.
The recipe is very simple to prepare, as you will see below, the only thing to take care is that you do not curdle the eggs. In addition, depending on the nougat is advisable or not to add a bit of sugar as in some cases it can be too sweet.

- 500 ml of whole milk
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 5 egg yolks
- 160 grams of nougat soft
- A spoonful of sugar*
In a saucepan place the milk (reserve half cup of milk) along with the nougat , cut into small pieces to make it easier to melt, over medium heat. When you see it is melted, I withdraw.
