Jud’s greens with tomato
Following the line of the simple recipes and easy to prepare, has led us to these green beans with tomatoes that have very little mystery but yes they are very good.
I know that normally, I say that the recipes that I bring you are simple although they take a bit of work, the steps to accomplish a dish are easy. On this occasion, is that there are almost no steps to get a healthy meal, rich and tasty.
As you can see in the photo, the tomato sauce we've left it rather caldosa but it will depend on both the tomato that you have used as you like, you can let it reduce more.

- 300 grams of green beans
- A small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Grinded tomato (400 grams)
- Olive oil
In the first place, whenever we are going to prepare vegetables, it is essential that wash well to remove all the possible toxic chemicals and the earth.
In the case of beans, if you see that they have strings to remove them (as thinly as possible so as not to lose much jewish). Remove the tips and cut them into large chunks. Book.
In a large saucepan, put a little oil and add the onion cut in julienne, along with a clove of garlic cut into small. When it is browned the onions, add the green beans and the pot of crushed tomatoes.
Put the lid of the pan and let it do over medium heat for about 20 minutes approximately. As the times vary depending on the quantities and the cooking of each one, see testing the beans until you see that they are tender.
On this occasion, the dish has only the ingredients that I've mentioned but the green beans with tomato you can accompany a bit of ham, bacon or even a hard-boiled egg. What soláis combine with a salad of beans or with tomatoes, can give you a good result with this recipe.
