Noodles with mushrooms&bathrooms;ones in the oven
The recipe today I bring you a little bit more elaborate, but very easy to do, just takes a little more time and the outcome I assure you that it is worth.
A few days ago, when I got home, I found myself with such a dish, and I was fascinated. The recipe that today I bring to you is my sister, is left to get in the kitchen and what was to be a pasta dish traditional and simple, turned out to be a few noodles with chamipones in the oven, and bechamel sauce.
I love this type of changes!
- 300 grams of noodles
- 250 grams mushrooms
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 leek
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- White wine
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
For the bechamel sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Olive oil / butter
First we will prepare the pasta. As you can each use a type of pasta that is different from or a brand, look at the directions on the package to know the preparation time recommended by the manufacturer.
While making the pasta we're going to focus on the sauce:
In a pan take some olive oil and add both the leeks as the onion sliced, let it pochen. Chop the garlic into very small pieces and incorporated. When well poached, add the mushrooms, rolled and let go of doing it on a medium heat.
Check the salt and take a little of ground pepper on top, take a squirt of white wine of stewing over it and let it absorb the flavors. When you are to point, you take a little bit of parmesan cheese on top.
When you have so much dough (remove the water) as the sauce, you mix it to mix well the flavors and pour into a suitable source for the oven.
Prepare the béchamel sauce and as we have seen in the recipe “How to prepare bechamel sauce”, a sauce accompaniment we need is more good with a texture of liquid and not as dense as it would be for a few croquettes. Pour the bechamel sauce over the pasta, check more parmesan on top and put it a few minutes to broil in the oven.
When you see that it acquires the brown colour, the taste, it will be time to take it out and serve.
