Recipe Catrachitas Honduran
The catrachitas are produced in Honduras is one of the dishes rich and traditional of this country and that is also very easy to prepare.

- 12 corn tortillas, small
- 250 grams of smoked cheese, grated
- A liter of vegetable oil
- 1 jalapeno chili pepper red

- 2 cups red beans, cooked
