Recipe chimichurri sauce nicaraguense

The chimichurri sauce that is made in Nicaragua is very similar to the sauce that is made in Argentina. As in this country served as a condiment with meat dishes and in particular roast.

  • 2 cups of olive oil
  • 2 cups of white vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon of ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano ground
  • 1 teaspoon of salt



We began by chopping the garlic and the parsley well fine and mix with the oil and vinegar. Add then pepper, oregano, and salt.

Mix everything until you obtain a smooth sauce and that will allow us to be able to serve them on a steak roast or charcoal.
